JOT renders satellites in real time on a 3D globe using two-line element (TLE) data and SGP4 orbital propagation. Track the International Space Station (NORAD 25544), Starlink megaconstellations, GPS navigation satellites, NOAA and GOES weather satellites, geostationary communications spacecraft, and thousands of other cataloged objects.
The catalog covers active satellites with periodically updated orbital elements, so positions are near-real-time predictions rather than historical snapshots. Switch between satellites to compare orbit types — low Earth orbit, polar, inclined, and geostationary — and inspect live ground position over continents and oceans.
JOT is free to use, built by Jewawud Propulsion Laboratory, and fed by public satellite catalog data. For a fast per-satellite view, open a satellite in the Jewawud Satellite Encyclopedia.
