Deep-space robotic probe presented as a clean assembled 3D spacecraft model.
Interactive Voyager B 3D Model
The Voyager Probe B 3D Explorer presents the spacecraft in a clean assembled view for visual inspection. Users can orbit around the probe and study the high-gain antenna, magnetometer boom, radioisotope thermoelectric generators, planetary radio astronomy and plasma wave antennas, bus housing electronics, and the science instruments at the end of the scan platform.
The component panel follows the classic Voyager diagram layout, including the low-energy charged particle detector, ultraviolet spectrometer and imaging cameras, plasma and cosmic ray instruments, photopolarimeter, infrared interferometer spectrometer, optical calibration target, and Voyager Golden Record.
Brief History
Voyager B belongs to the legendary deep-space exploration fleet launched by NASA. Utilizing advanced gravity assists and optimized instruments, the Voyager probes returned landmark science, mapping outer planets and their moons before embarking on a historic journey into interstellar space. Its long-lived RTG power system and high-gain antenna are monuments to human engineering.
